1. About This Policy

This Cookie Policy explains how Zia Map LLC ("we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on ziamap.com, including funnel and landing pages such as our ZiaCon tool and cost calculator. It works alongside our Privacy Policy.

Cookies are small text files a site stores in your browser. We group ours into three categories: essential, analytics, and marketing. Which of these load depends on where you are, as described in the next section.

2. Where Cookies Load

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, only essential cookies load. We do not set analytics or marketing cookies for visitors in these regions.

Everywhere else, including the United States, essential, analytics, and marketing cookies load when you visit. You can control cookies through your browser settings, or contact us to opt out of analytics and marketing, as described in Section 4.

3. Cookies We Use

3.1 Essential (always on)

• Session and security: keep you signed in and protect form submissions against forgery. Expire when you close your browser or shortly after.

3.2 Analytics

• Google Analytics 4 (_ga, _ga_*): tells us which pages get used so we can improve them. We do not use this data for advertising. Lasts up to 2 years. Loads outside the EEA, UK, and Switzerland.

3.3 Marketing

• Meta Pixel (_fbp, _fbc): measures how our ads perform and helps us reach similar people. Lasts up to 90 days.
• First-touch attribution (zm_ft): records how you first arrived (for example which ad or campaign) so we can credit the right source when you request a demo. First-party, lasts 90 days.

4. Your Rights and Controls

• Browser controls: you can block or delete analytics and marketing cookies in your browser settings at any time. Essential cookies keep the site working, so blocking those may break some features.
• California: you can opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and exercise your other CCPA and CPRA rights, by emailing legal@ziamap.com.
• EEA, UK, Switzerland: we do not set analytics or marketing cookies for you, so there is nothing to withdraw.
